The Questionnaire
The experience begins with you filling out a questionnaire designed to connect you to your soul's purpose. It asks you what you consider to be your life mission, including the environments and symbols that are sacred to you. The questionnaire serves as the template for your soul portrait. You might choose to express your artistic Soul through a more specific approach like a Goddess Portrait or North Node Soul Portrait.
The Interview
After I have read your questionnaire, we meet in person to connect, not only to get to know each other but also for me to look at the space in which your portrait will be taken. We will discuss the answers to your questionnaire as well as the tone, color, lighting and physical surroundings you would like reflected in your portrait.
Preparing for the Photo Session
Having your soul portrait taken is a sacred, beautiful experience and there are a number of things you will want to do before the session to prepare yourself. You will want to plan what you are going to wear; decide if you want someone to assist you with hair and makeup; and select the objects and symbols by which you want to be surrounded. You will also want to make sure you are ready at least 30 minutes before the session so that you feel peaceful and centered when we begin.
The Session
The session itself is much more than having a photo taken. It is a co-creative process during which, together, we help you connect to your own divinity and deepest self. We will capture the essence of your true being.
Selecting The Images
Once we have completed the session, I will review the images and recommend several for you to choose from for your portrait (or portraits). Of course, you will also be able to review all of the photographs yourself.
The Portrait
Once you have selected your photo, I will have an 11x14 print made. You can choose to either receive the unframed print, or select from a number of frames that I offer at a reasonable price.
